Clerk's Corner

On April 24th, the Clerk will release a new eportal. Some of the highlights of the new release:

- Filers have a new screen display available for fees paid through the ePortal. This is located under the filing options menu. This screen can be used to print, export, or save to assist in reconciliation.

- "Filed on Behalf of" is no longer required for non-monetary filings. If payment is due on the filing (eg. new case, summons), the filer must select a party's name on whose behalf they are filing.

- Filer will now see a progress bar to show documents being uploaded. Once it is uploaded, the document size will display.

- Detailed instructions are added to the Pending Queue email to direct the filer on making corrections to filings. A link to the training manuals and YouTube video tutorials are also included in the email.

- Filer's email log can now be saved in excel or PDF format.
